Archive - The Sean O’Neil Show, Episode 2

Film director, Francois OzonThat’s the very dishy French film director, Francois Ozon.

I’m a huge admirer of his good looks, subtle charm and some of his films including his classic short, A Summer Dress. Francois Ozon In Conversation was a last minute addition to The 49th Times bfi London Film Festival and I was very pleased to get a ticket.

I remember doing my best to relate to you–my listeners–the fullness of the experience but, as you can see, it’s really more of a visual thing.

Check out his fantastic site here for a full filmography, bio, media clips and latest news on the gorgeous and talented, Francois. Yum.

Even though we only had one episode under our belt, we got a lot more ambitious with this, the second episode. Clocking in at, oh, 2 hours, 42 minutes (and 11 seconds, a whopping 55 minutes longer than the first episode), we really thought we had the hang of this podcasting thing. We brought you reports on Mae West, Diane Arbus, Billy Elliot The Musical…oh, I’ll just let our original description tell the story:

Better late than never, Sean O’Neil returns with his continuing observations about Mae West plus new material on Diane Arbus, Billy Elliot The Musical, the Catholic child sex abuse scandal and his crush on the dishy French film director, Francois Ozon. PLUS surprises. If you’ve got the time, he’s got the bandwidth. Enjoy.

The Catholic child sex abuse scandal. Plus SURPRISES. Those were good times.
